    'Recruitment Focus Update' inbox item appears every week, even though in the 'Change Delivery Frequency' option at the bottom, I have set it to once every month.

    To reproduce - load the provided save, continue one week to receive the specified inbox item, change frequency to once a fortnight/month, continue one more week and item will appear in inbox again.
