Description of issue
Playing as a Vanarama South team with a small scouting budget and staff, recruitment focus on local to find some talent. 4 recommendations came back, 1 was a player that must have retired before full scouting was finished as I remember the name suggested during some initial scouting reports. Another is a grey name that cannot be clicked on, interacted with at all. Cannot understand why or how this player 'Richard Bryan' came about, or why I cannot remove them from list.
