    Description of issue

    I was scouting paolo dybala, and he has a 17.5 million dollar release clause for Italian clubs if im not mistaken. I have scouted him for 8 weeks now, having extensive data on him for a while, yet continuing to do so does not clear up his contract situation. It still says "Scouting Required".
