Description of issue
Was able to sign scouts on non contracts in the Vanarama national league, and in getting promoted to full time I started giving out contracts to match. All of my scouts, who were on non-contracts at the time, accepted new full time contracts with a 2 year duration on £1 per week. Hiring new staff requested an amount more in line with other staff (£450pw).
