I am now at the 11th season of FM 24. I have guided a team from Prima Categoria (7th league in Italy) up to Serie B (2nd league). Very testing experience, very rewarding. Nevertheless, I think I came across a bug: even if finance is quite ok and the team has a professional status, anytime I get offered a new contract, I can't get any salary: the number is always forced to zero and I can't even negotiate it.
A similar thing happens when I renew contracts to my players/staff: most of the times (about 9 out of 10, but it looks like there isn't a fixed rule) I am not able to offer my players a contract which is longer than 6-12 months.
Is there anything I am doing wrong?
