Description of issue

I'm in the year 2027 playing as Halifax in The Championship and just agreed to sign Kim Ji-Soo from Brentford.

His work permit was rejected on appeal, but I have 3 of my 4 ESC slots available, but when I try and allocate one, the transfer just gets cancelled with no reason given?

This has happened again when trying to sign another player!

Please could this be sorted ASAP as it's spoiling my save.
