Transfer values dropping massively at the start of windows

Thanks for the names, I'm not quite sure how you got World Class players to Malta in the first place.

We've taken a look and these odd player values would be because of your heavily customised database changes.

So there is nothing we can do in this circumstance, sorry.

Interesting things happen in my save, 1st June 2053, my star wonderkid striker valued at 125-170 M€, the vultures start circling and press reports of a transfer fee in the region of 70 M pop up. I think WTF. Then I set the asking value accordingly, the player is concerned that it is way above his value. 5th June, value is suddenly 60-80 M...

Luckily, he just asked for a new contract (with a negotiable 60 M release clause) but this is just ridiculous. In which manner, shape or form would an external db influence values this much, this late into the game?
