The teams and players in form were supposedly going to be more scouted and the transfer offers much more adapted to their performances! As every year, the smaller leagues are completely disadvantaged in an unrealistic way. Indeed, players who in Belgium barely have 3 months of good matches in the European Cup and Championship are directly scout and approached.... Boniface, Verbruggen, Orban etc.....
