    Board accepted an offer (even that part is bugged out because it doesn't actually say that the board accepted an offer) and the transfer went through in the same "spacebar continue" window.. so couldn't respond to the loan back offer and thus couldn't accept it

    Not the same transfer (don't have a save file that far back) but I had the same thing happen to me.. where an offer comes in and I get no notification about it and the transfer goes through instantly
