Unable to view details or negotiate a transfer/Loan offer received through intermediary

Hello, can you please send us a save file from before the transfer offer is made, thank you.

 

I've had the same issue with a couple of players, offer comes in but get the screen saying the club doesn't intend to make a bid because their previous offer was declined even though I had only looked at their offer for the first time. Unfortunately saved past the instances of it happening

Same, on a number of occasions (possibly every time, but cannot be 100% certain). 

However I can accept the offer from the transfer centre (clicking though from the sidebar icon).
