Description of issue
I'm managing Barcelona and young players who I'm trying to sign for as developmental talents are requesting star player squad roles and refuse to negotiate it down. For example both Michael Kayode and Arnau Martinez want star player as right backs despite Sergi Roberto and Joao Cancelo being far better player than them at this point. This hasn't been a problem with any other players I've signed, just right backs.
