I don't know if this is a bug, intended or my club just doesn't scout newgens. I'm in my third season and i have never recieved a report og agent offer for a newgen. I even have scouts around europe searching for newgens, but there has been zero reports in 2 full seasons. Maybe it's related to the bug in world/transfers/youth players added not being shown?

Hello, we will need a save game with an example of where you'd expect a newgen to be scouted.
