    I've tried a few times this morning to start the game but after the intro screens it goes to a completely black screen. Waiting 5 minutes and doesn't load.

    I'd recommend you try the usual, uninstall/reinstall if you haven't already and clearing the cache for the game to see if it helps. Settings > Apps > FM24 > Storage > Clear cache.
