iPhone progress can't be loaded in my Mac

This feature is indeed possible. Can you please log in/out of your iCloud again then make sure your saving your game on the iCloud and not locally.

Hello, first check you are signed into iCloud by navigating to ‘settings’ and making sure you are signed in with your Apple ID.

Then Navigate to ‘Settings’.
Select your Apple ID, which should be at the top of your screen.
Select iCloud.
Navigate to ‘Apps using iCloud’
Scroll to Football Manager Touch and make sure the box is ticked.

Then load up your save file, click the FM button and select Save Game As.

On the top right corner of the pop-up, you will be able to toggle between ‘Local’ or ‘Cloud’.

Make sure to click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the pop-up.

After you have saved a game via the cloud on your main device, you will then be able to locate your saves on other devices.

Start Football Manager Touch and select ‘Load Game’.
Select 'Cloud' from the top right menu.
Choose your desired save and select ‘Load’.

thanks, the portion I was missing is that not all games are saved into iCloud. After switching the toggle, it works fine.
