Crashes during matches

Hello, we're sorry you are having issues. Please can you verify your device has the latest system version, then provide us with the following information.

. The manager’s name as it appears in-game.

. The save file name as it appears in-game.

. The team being managed within the save.

. The leagues selected when the game was created.

. What date & time did the crash occur (in real life)

. Explain exactly what screen the game crashed on.

. Explain the last in-game field you interacted with before the crash.

I recently started playing FM24 touch on Switch again, and was disappointed to find that it still crashes during matches. I thought the problem might be replays, but I turned those off and it has crashed twice since. 
 

The lack of attention to the basic stability of the game is surprising.
