    Description of issue

    When looking at scout reports in, 'list' mode, the option to 'tick' a scouted player ( remove entry from scouting centre without further action) isn't available, and 'make offer' button is cut in half with the wrong title.

     I assume this is what is meant to be bottom choice tabs.
