Description of issue
Harvey Elliott (Liverpool) is age 18, but is not showing as an U21 player for Champions League registration purposes even though he joined the club in July 2019 and hence has passed the "2 year at club" requirement too. He is shown as HGN (trained in England for 3 years between 15th and 21st Birthdays), but not U21.
Which means I have to register him, although I don't think I should.
Steps To Reproduce:
See attached save. Advance slightly and you will get to the register for the Champions League group stages requirement. From there you will get the screen viw above, where Harvey Elliott (8th from bottom) is shown as HGN only and not also U21
