    Description of issue

    The board are both 'very disappointed" that I failed to repair the club's financial damage and at the same time 'delighted with my role in working to improve the club's financial situation'.  I was hoping the tooltip would shed some light on what I need to do to meet this club vision, but it doesn't.

    I have always worked within wage budget.  The club is not in debt (but does lose money throughout the season).  Finance are described at Insecure.  We have a new stadium (have had for ~2 years) that is paid for through a loan.  Inter are the only other team in the top flight with a new stadium and the only other team with finances described as insecure (this, despite us and them being the two strongest teams by a considerable margin and with the highest attendances).
