Description of issue
I did signed Angelo Peruzzi as my new First Team's Assistant Coach, but the game did not gave Transfer Blocked message. Seems like the game did not notice of the current First Team's Assistant Coach, so it ended up with two Assistant Coach. not sure whether it is bug or the game itself allow Manager to have multiple Assistant Coach.
