    Description of issue

    I noticed crazy salaries (super high or super low) in Brazil and now in Spain. I think that SI Brazil Head of Research has repaired the AI for Brazil, but if I see this happening in Brazil and Spain, it's probably happening in many other countries as well. 

    I suggest you setting up a minimum and a maximum salary for staff per subcontinental job market. At least your AI will stop coming up with nonsensical salaries for physiotherapists, scouts, scientists, etc.

    I can't edit my post. Salaries in Brazil are super high. Salaries in Spain are either fine or super low (such as 30 euro per month, even for a part-time...)

    Do you mean Managers, Technical staff, Coaches? Or any staff?

    Any examples you can give us compared with real life would be really beneficial. 

    If you mean newgens, we'll need a save game with some examples, please. :)
