Just an update to this one, with this specific case, we got a pre+post match presser for one out of three matches, which we felt was reasonable for this level. 

Nevertheless, we opened an investigation anyway, and have a few more examples and some changes in play for future editions.

I'm sorry I can't offer a short term fix, but we'll look to address it for the next version.
