Unable to sign assistant manager (wage issue)

Please can we get a save game from before the old assistant leaves?

 

Similar issue with assistant manager wages:

While i have coaches on 12k per week, my assistant manager is limited to ~4.5k per week (even after asking for increased assman wages). Shouldn't the assistant manager be able to get more than a regular coach?

 

Paganizer, do you have a save that would show this issue please?

 

 

I do (assman wage limit issue.fm - uploaded in si cloud), but I think I figured out the issue on the latest problem. I can give new assistant managers higher wages, but my current is on a 350 dkr/w and I'm guessing there is a limit on how much more I can offer on a new contract - like 10x more and he wants 20x more than the old contract. He wants 7,5k dkr/w and that is an insane increase (even if totally fair now due to several promotions).
