Description of issue
End of the season, five games left to go (no games in hand for any relevant competitors) and we're 15 points clear - i.e. one point in any of the remaining games makes us champions. In the pre-game team talk I got the correct options, things like "a draw will win us the championship, I expect nothing less".
The game finished 0-0, and in the post-match team talk I expected to have options congratulating the team on winning the league. Instead I found things like "I'm disappointed we didn't seal the title".
The news item that appears immediately afterwards (i.e. leaving the dressing room, but not leaving the match) confirmed that we have indeed won the league, so that's not an error in my calculations.
I haven't tested whether this can be reliably reproduced, but I've uploaded a save game from the day before the match where it happened.
