Description of issue
It seems that the AI managers don't recruit general coaches.
Liverpool for instance in Feb 2027 have:
3 senior squad gk coaches
4 senior squad fitness coaches
1 senior squad Coach for everything else.
1 U23 GK coach
2 U23 fitness coaches
0 u23 coaches
1 u18 gk coach
2 u18 fitness coaches
2 u18 coaches.
Man City have 0 general coaches for senior team. 3 GK and 1 Fitness.
This is with a Large DB with random players.
