  • Cannot advance game when managing u23 team

    Description of issue

    So i sacked my entire u23 and u18 coaching staff as newcastle, and have to manage one of the u23's games. The continue button doesn't work and I'm stuck on this screen

    The briefing button doesn't work.

    I'm using a third party skin if that makes a difference

    • Steps To Reproduce:
      Fire all coaching staff in u23/u18, then wait for a u23/u18 game
