Computer clubs rarely sign players with optional loan transfers.

This is mainly down to the game trying to replicate real life - it's something we look to review every year to see how frequent it happens and reflect that in game. 

Appreciate the feedback on this, but isn't considered a 'bug' as such given it doesn't happen that frequently IRL so shouldn't in game. But as said, trends are always changing, especially given the current financial situation in World football, so will be looked at.
