Description of issue
I am managing Borussia Dortmund right now. I just noticed that my 2nd team isnt using the tactic that my first team uses. It just uses the same formation without any specific orders or instructions like the tactic my first team uses has. I am doubtful that this has already been the case in FM21 or any other FM, because I dont see how the team is supposed to be successful with THIS kind of tactic. Thats what actually made me aware of it. The team is absolutely unsuccessful, although the team should at least be good enough to not get relegated. I'm regularly giving players from my first squad match practice down there and even then the team sucks.
It should be noted, that I loaded the tactic I'm using for my first team and didnt build it. Maybe thats a reason why the instructions are not used for the second team?
Another thing I want to mention is, that in my last savegame in FM21 I played with Barcelona and the way spanish 2nd teams work is similar to the germans. The game views them as (somewhat) "separate clubs", I personally would always prefer the reserve way - similar to british teams - but okay. But there is one big difference between spanish second teams and german second teams. With Barca I was able to have players from the 2nd team train with my first team, same with players from my Youth-Team (Under18/19/whatever). Thats not possible with Dortmund and I almost certain any other german 2nd team. With Dortmund I can only have players from my U19-team train with the pros. For realism I think this should be changed. Dortmunds second team (Under-23) trains at the same facilities as the pros, so why would i not be able to have players train with the pros anyway.
Last but not least there is something happening that I've never had happen before. The players in my 2nd team dont develop at all. They all train badly (highest training rating yet was a 7, bunch of them train badly), although the training facilities are state-of-the-art and none of the coaches is worse than 4*. In previous FMs I had it that players would hit a wall at some point, unless i'd loan them out. But from the reports my good coaches give me, they are not at all above the level of the league they're playing it.
Maybe you guys can check this out. I hope this report is helpful, I never before reported something.
Steps To Reproduce:
Choose a german Team - Choose a tactic - Check if its used the correct way by your 2nd team. (Build a tactic and then compare if its different to loading one)
