Description of issue
I am trying to select the squads for the Intra-squad friendly at the start of the game as Newcastle.. After going through and manually selecting 23-man squads for both the 1st and 2nd XI I confirmed the squads saved the game and quit. When re-opening the game and checking the inbox item for the friendly by selecting 'Pick from scratch' the full squads are available and showing. The full squad also shows on the Squad page. However, when I continue forward into the match only 5 subs are selected in the squad for the 1st XI. The 2nd XI still have all 12 substitutes available.
