Description of issue
The game seems to generate a lot of newgens with a very weak weak foot. This reached a point last year, where if I saw a good looking player that I just assumed they would have a very weak weak foot. (because it means they can use more CA to get way better attributes than expected at their level.) I actually found this very exploitable at lower levels, where a player with a very weak weak foot would have low enough CA that most AI don't rate him, but good enough attributes, that they could boss the competition without needing a second foot. I would easily be able to make a full squad with these types of players an barely get punished for it. (at higher levels these players do do worse, to be fair).
But generally the biggest issue is just that there are ten times more weak footed players than at the start.
Steps To Reproduce:
Get a save into the future
Filter by at most very weak foot for both feet, with an or.
See how many players have a very weak foot compared to the start of the game.
