This could be an issue in other nations with 2nd or B teams. When players have played for a II team, they do not get a milestone for their first senior career appearance. Even when they play their first match for the main team, the milestone does not activate. If they do not play in any II team match and go straight from U19 to the main team, then the milestone activates.
