Started a save with my nephew, I'm Rangers he's Newcastle and we had our first team meeting on same day. He finished his first and them it switched to myself and when I clicked to start meeting it never loaded to meeting and it showed me a screen with the Newcastle staff rather than Ranger's staff and there was no way to progress the game because the meeting could not progress.
We got around it by restarting a new save and letting him complete his team meeting before I added my Ranger's manager. Since then this issue has not occured.
Steps To Reproduce:
Start game with two managers so that they both have their first team meeting on the same day, complete one meeting and then attempt the 2nd players meeting
