Clear goal but declared as offside - minute 65

I thought I would explain quickly what's going on here. 

The offside rule states that there always must be 2 opposition players (Gk included) ahead and closer to the goal than the attacker. 

In this example, when Radjel passes it back to Garcia, Garcia is slightly ahead of the goalkeeper. Which means there is only 1 player (Cabanzon) ahead of the attacker. This is why it was given offside.

I hope this makes sense.

I had wrong offside, as well.

Even when the player is clearly behind the lines.
