    Description of issue

    Just started a couple of lower league saves, couldn't help but notice that Ronaldo wasn't playing for his club due to having no work permit, had a look at all the summer 2021 signings in premership and none have work permits, meaning all new foregin signings in the permership won't play... Check Ramos and Ronaldo 

    Issue is persistent on multiple saves

    Are you using a custom DB? If not could you let us know the start date you are using please as we are not seeing this behaviour here.
