    My new  director of football has tried to hire a third assistant manager in the space of 2 weeks.

    Depending on the users nationality and the nation the user is managing in, multiple assistant managers will be allowed to be hired at certain clubs. 

    For that reason it may not be an issue if the DOF is attempting to hire multiple assistant managers. 

    If you upload your save game from just before an offer is made to a DOF we will be able to check why this is occurring.
