Description of issue
When you try to filter by home grown status the filter is broken. The filter type always displays Trained in nation (15-21) even if you try to change it and the options are always the nations, even if you choose to filter by trained in club. Also the value to filter is always blank. It still filters by the default (nation and club you're managing) and you can change it but the value is not displayed.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Go to scouting
- Click on players -> player search
- Click on Add Condition -> Home Grown Status
- Try to change the value or the type of home grown status
