    Description of issue

    I recently received an email in my inbox about a friendly invitation from Blackburn's U18s team for my Arsenal U18s team (see image below). At first I thought that I had delegated the responsibilities for it wrongly, but when I looked at my responsibilities everything seemed fine (see image below), hence why I'm reporting this as a bug.

    In case this is the wrong category - my apologies, I couldn't see where else it'd fit.

    Hello, I unfortunately can't send you a save file since this issue was reported a week ago and I no longer have a save file from that time in the save.

    This is also happening to me. No save file like OP, as i just got on with things so its long saved over.

    No idea what triggered it, if anything. Am only halfway through a second season so its happened early.
