    Description of issue

    I noticed while playing in the MLS, ai MLS clubs are allowed to make transfer offers with money for my players vs the trading system, when i go to make an offer for their player I can only make a trade offer. I thought you could only trade between teams in the league? or are we allowed to make transfer offers (which it won't let me and only lets me trade) The player they wanted to buy is in my starting 11 and not on loan or at my B team club as well.
