Description of issue
Hello,
In the beta whenever i offer out a player at a certain value his perceived value or "guide" value decreases to the value offered. I don't know if this is a true decrease in the player value but it didn't happen in FM 21.
Steps To Reproduce:
Offer player price in the guide range and the value drops to that value
