    Description of issue

    Hi Guys, so here is another one.

    Iam currently managing in Belarusia, Youth contracts pay 10€/week, but when i try to sign a youth player, I should pay several 100k€ in compensation.
    That seems to be a very high price, in a league where the Champions have a transfer budget of 500K.

    Since the price is basically prohibitive to sign youth players, and the current club is clearly not willing to sign the player, he will go through their system till he will be released.

    He is playing in the under19 league in belarussia, or he is playing in the reserves league in belarussia.

    I have to admit, that iam not a lawyer from belarussia, so Iam just giving my uneducated guess, that the price is way to high.
