    Description of issue

    During the recruitment meeting, a blank recommendation would appear and nothing will work. I tried recommending target and it is unresponsive. Could this be something to do with all scouts being occupied? I find it unlikely. The only button that worked on that screen was to end recruitment meeting.

      1. Wait for recruitment meeting to occur
      2. Observe if the recruitment meeting screen is bugged

    I don't at the moment but I'll provide a save when the recruitment meeting occurs again.
