    Description of issue

    Started with Dorking in the VNS and gone through the league to the premiership yet my scouts etc are still finding me players for the VNS !!!  

     

    I have replaced all scouts/DoF/HoY  while being in the premiership yet they still recommend players for the VNS 

    • Steps To Reproduce:
      get promoted!
