    Description of issue

    Scunthorpe start the game with a full transfer embargo despite not breaching FFP rules. In real life they were under an embargo due to taking out a loan with the league (not shown in game) and they were allowed to make transfers and loans but as a condition of the league loan they had an embargo on paying any transfer or loan fees. 

    So currently if you try play as them you can't sign anyone and there's no given reason for the embargo. There may be other EFL clubs that fit this category. 

    • Steps To Reproduce:
      Play as Scunthorpe United. Try sign a free agent. Look in finances at FFP and at Debts and Loans.

    Thanks for the information. 

    Currently we have a limitation on the types of embargo's we can apply in game. We either have embargo's where a club can sign a player, or an embargo where a player cannot. 

    We have plans to improve the types of embargo's we have in game but these will not be making it into FM22.
