    Description of issue

    Everytime i have a staff meeting I go in and attend meeting. It then only gives me the option to End meeting. Nothing else and then I can do as it won't take me off must respond. Please sort this incredibly frustrating. Only way I can get off this is by going on Holiday for a day.
