Description of issue
Hi guys,
Managing Derby, survived 1st season in Championship, end of 2nd season has very late playoffs with final on 4th of June 2023, same day as initial budget message. Won the final and expected budget to change after promotion, but never arrived and stuck with what is essentially a negative budget after wage rises etc. This seems unintentional to me but could be wrong. Unfortunately do not have a previous save to send as expected budget to be changed/changeable down the line after the win.
Have currently played all the way until opening day of Premier league season 23/24 and no further message about budgets etc have arrived.
Steps To Reproduce:
Manage a team in lower league (mine was championship specifically)
Have a year with playoff final date after or on same day as board set initial budget message
Budget will not change or increase if promoted to premier league
