    Description of issue

    Hello i dont know if this is a bug/exploit but a friend im playing an online game with has managed to spend 500m on a 30m budget with transfer instalments.

    I really hope this is a bug as its the beta but if its not it needs to be nerfed. 
    I always thought you could only spend the budget you have meaning the instalments would come out of your budget but it seems its either coming out of the club or thin air, doesnt seem realistic at all to pluck out 500m from a club with a 30m budget an has ruined our save :@

      Unrealistic Transfers THIS YEARS fm22 transfer instalments seem crazy overpowered or broken, ruining the experience.
