    Description of issue

    I was playing as Lazio and wanted to buy an young prospect.

    I thought he'd be between a few thousand to a couple of million (like 1-6 millions €).

    When I went to check him, he has transfer value between 104-125M€!

    As you suggested, I did both things (scout 100% and talk to agent) and it still didn't change:
