Home-grown rules acting weird

Thanks for flagging this, it's an issue we're aware of and is under investigation.  

Can confirm having the same issue. I looked into it some more and the rule is "Trained for 3 years under the age of 23 or Belgian"
It seems like the OR belgian has been coded as "AND" Belgian, because players who have the Belgian nationality do get the U23 HGC tag properly.

Appreciate that info Kiwibox, the thread is a part of the investigation, so it'll hopefully be of some use to the Dev team.

This is annoying that there is already february and things like this are not fixed :/ @Kyle Brown

This should have been resolved in the Winter update. Do let me know if there continues to be any issues.
