Championship games held during 2022 World Cup

I've had some feedback from the team and they said the following: 

This is by design. Current thought is that the Championship will only have a short break during the World Cup group stage and will resume after that. That said, the matches on Nov 22nd and potentially Dec 6th might not be ideally scheduled, as that doesn't look quite right, especially with the big gap for the rest of December.

We'll still investigate however and see if we can make any tweaks or changes.
