Description of issue
I can't register my players under the age of 19 for the first team outside of a transfer window despite it saying that I could do so in the rules.
In the screenshot, neither Efi Ashkenazi nor Gil David can be registered. They are both under the age of 19 and have never been unregistered (see rules as stated in the top part of the screenshot).
I've only tested this in the National League.
