Amount of teams in League

Ventspils is defunct I think. And the number of teams in it has been reduced

I found it. It's due license issues. i heard somewhere it would go back to 10 teams later.

FK Jelgava, team from the 2020 season didn't get a license, so that's already 1 less from the 10 that were supposed to participate, thus leaving 9.*

FK Ventspils dissolved during the season somewhere in June, thus 8.*

On 23 July FK Noah Jūrmala withdrew from the league, thus 7.*

Yes, and i tested it. It seems to be working. In the 2nd season, the league has 10 teams again.

It's exactly as RealSmoke explained it. The season started with 10 teams as it was supposed to but the situation developed as described above. There are 10 teams in the next season as Kazushi confirmed.
